Who we look for
Solicitors & lawyers
Admitted practitioners with an interest in migration law — from recently admitted lawyers to experienced solicitors in partner, skilled, employer-sponsored or tribunal work. Careful drafting and sound judgement matter more than years alone.
Paralegals & law clerks
Organised, detail-focused people who can manage evidence, keep files moving and support solicitors through the lifecycle of a matter. Prior migration or litigation exposure is welcome but not essential.
Client & practice support
Client-care, administration and operations roles that keep a modern firm running — clear communicators who care about doing right by clients navigating a stressful process.
